As of year ending 2022, Pearl Lee is still an active employee with Janney. I've always suspected that both Janney and Pearl are aware of these multiple negative reviews posted online but have not heard nor receive any responses of any kind from neither one of them.
Today, I came across a 11/26/2022 post from one of the consumer review sites and it answered many questions. I am elated and feeling vindicated.

Pearl only has one brother, I'm not anonymous and she knows where I live. And yes, after almost 10 years of sharing and shaming Pearl Lee of Janney Montgomery Scott and detailing her corruption online, I have not heard a single word from either one of them.
Pearl's downfall (and probably her biggest regret) was to target and steal from the closest member of her own family, me. Why she did this, only she can explain her own depraved psychology but in my opinion, she is a narcississtic sociopath. She knew I looked up to my big sister, trusted her and never questioned her motives in managing my retirement account. She exploited that trust. I was her perfect victim and she thought she could get away with defrauding my life savings.
IMO, I personally know Pearl Lee cannot and will not come after me with any civil suit, not because she has empathy or have some respect to not traumatize my life any further beyond what she has already done. No, it is because of FEAR. One of Pearl's weaknesses is confrontation; she knows that facing me will be contentious, combative, verbally offensive and her actions in my portfolio will be dissected. Pearl Lee can't handle this scrutiny where she will be under the spotlight, making her a weak and pitiful plaintiff. She chose the easy path to cower, remain silent, ignore the entire situation and hope it goes away. But, for the sake of argument, lets say she finds her ovaries and decide to file a suit, well here's her second fear - she knows it will be very public. The entire Lee/Li/Wen family will know, including her close friends, the women's group at AAWC/PASSI, the Philadelphia Chinatown Christian Church community and all her neighbors. I pretty much know everybody in her life. Now if Janney would like to get involve in her defense, I believe Philadelphia local channel 3,6 and 10 News, the Inquirer and other outlets would be interested in this sensational, 'Goliath v. David' story.
In summary, Janney's Human Resources should use Pearl Lee as their real life case study for annual compliance training and new hire orientation for incoming Financial Advisors. Training title could be something like "So you want to betray your Fiduciary Oath and defraud a family member's financial portfolio because you think you can get away with it".
I never got my justice but will settle for poetic justice!
Pearl Lee is a NARCISSISTIC SOCIOPATH
These are Pearl's actual written words as to how she describes her younger brother.
"One couldn't ask for a finer brother"
"My friends are always so envious when I tell them what you do for me"
"I'm so proud to have you as my brother"
"My friends think you are wonderful"
"You are truly very special to me"
"You're the best"
"You protected me"
"I cannot tell you how nice it was to live near you and how envious others were"
"No one's brother was as good as you"
What Pearl says and what she does are mentally and morally disconnected.
Pearl's response to her brother's qualities? She EXPLOITED THEM!
> She would manipulate and consume his time, labor and assets because she doesn't have to pay for it
but would literally charge him for her time, labor and contributions.
> Any win-win between her and her brother, she would manipulate a bigger win.
> All birthday, Christmas and housewarming gifts from Pearl were CHEAP but her self-praise to these gifts are great.
> Petty items that she thinks would benefit her brother, she would try to SELL it to him.
> She would demand recognition/compensation for her referrals but silence and entitlement if she received referrals from him.
> She would shame or guilt him if she lost the opportunity to make money from him.
> She is far from altruistic; she must receive some benefit to all her contributions/donations.
> After 18 years as a loyal client, she defrauded his retirement accounts.
> Her actions were unscrupulous (example): she bought him 50 shares of LVS stock for $42.50/share. Sold all 50 shares in less than 3 months for $4.94/share - received a commission of $24.70. This petty commission was more important than her brother's financial health.
> She clearly stole from him but refuses to acknowledge what she did - exhibits the "don't talk about it and it doesn't exist" mentally.
> She refuse to tell him the biggest secret (he was adopted) because it didn't benefit her.
> To this day, she continues to lie and deny ever knowing he was adopted because it makes her look bad/guilty!
Any normal, sane, moral individual would do everything to defend, protect and nurture close relationships but not Pearl Lee, she needs to benefit from it because she feels she deserve and is entitled.
Pearl Lee is corrupt and immoral, her actions are completely indefensible but will gaslight and plays the victim.
How do one explain Pearl Lee's ugly, defective and shameless behaviors?
The only logical explanation: Pearl Lee is a NARCISSISTIC SOCIOPATH!
In Chinese folklore, she embodies the very traits of a 白骨精 (Baiguijing) - a White Bone Demoness. Pearl Lee will consume all your essence until you have no more to give and spits out your bones with no remorse and goes about finding her next victim. Beware!
