Received a voicemail about being served legal papers for a court case. I called the number provided and talked to a very nice lady who was able to verify last four of SSN, creditor information, credit card last four and amounts supposed to be owed. The person said I could stop the legal proceedings if I told her that I wanted to settle outside of court she would have admin office send me an email. She said I received two letters, one back in September last year. They sent me an email to begin the process to pay the $1597 to settle the case.
