Wanted to purchase a pure bred kitten. Was informed I only had to pay 300 and would receive contract with details for owner ship, delivery, and payment installment plans. Once 300 received refused to give any paper work. Said I needed to pay 300 more dollars to receive paperwork. Found old website for same seller that was reported to ScamPulse.com for same exact thing. He is a fraud and doesn’t have any cats. I asked for money back before he could ask for thousands for shipping like prevous clients reported for same issue. No more response and no return of money . Old website still connected to address given purrfect pawsome kitty palace. This man needs to be stopped
