Online Retailer Scam

Ordered two NFL jerseys from Pelikos.com. 1st order [Order #***********] (November 29, 2024) and 2nd order [Order #***********] (November 25, 2024) for $83.44 each, $166.88 Total. Order reply says my order will arrive within 10 - 15 business days (Monday to Friday). I got an email that both have shipped. Tracking was provided but USPS has not received either package (tracking number: **************************)
or tracking number: ************************** by USPS). Sent several emails to customer service: [email protected] but no replies. I am being scammed out of $166.88
