I purchased 5 insulated mugs in pengocity. I received an email and a tracking number. However, while tracking for a month, my parcel was already deliver in Sebastian, FL. I tried contacting 17track and hopefully they will respond. I tried emailing their costumer care and they’re not responsive anymore and their store was now close. I hope they will give back our money.

On July 24th i saw and add on Facebook about getting a Stanley cup for cheap. I ordered a cup from pengocity thinking I was getting a good deal. It looked like I was on an outlet store site for Stanley. I messaged them twice and never heard back. Today I went to see if I needed to try one more time or threaten to report them. the website is now closed and I see another one they says error when I’m try and Google it.I want my my money back and I’m worried about them having my information.

I ordered some Stanley cups from pengocity.com. They sent a legitimate looking email from [email protected]. They sent tracking that went on for about a month and ended as "delivered" in my state but nowhere near me. I went to look back at my email and the link came back as an error website. I contacted them through the email listed and called them out as scammers. They claimed not be but I never saw any product from them. I contacted my credit card company. They saw my credit card company refunded me (because they now have that information) and that I was serious about reporting them, so they refunded money and the credit card company notified me. But they still were dishonest until I took action and they still have my information.

I want a refund ASAP

Seen an ad on Facebook and was getting this as a gift for my family because we are going through a rough time and I use money I didn’t have to spend but did anyway and it was on 29.95 and I never received my order and I would like the product or my money back I placed it on the 20th of July and it said it would be here on the 25-27 and it is not the 1st of August 5 cups I ordered and haven’t gotten them

Facebook ad - offered a sale on Stanley tumblers for $5.99. I went to the website to order 2 tumblers and the transaction came out of my account. The name of the company that was identified on my bank statement was this:

The address listed on their website is:

I had a gut feeling that this may have been too good to be true and unfortunately did not do a Google search until after I made the purchase. I'm terrified they will access my bank account so I will be putting a hold on it right away.
