I received a message on my answering machine from PalPen offering me a preapproved loan up to $1500. All I had to do was press 1 to approve or 9 to disapprove. The phone number given was 1 631 5050 143. In calling the local ScamPulse.com I was told this was an out of the country call. I am submitting this others could be aware of this offer and find themselves in a situation of indebtiness.
