I was messaged on twitter by a man who claimed to sell thc and other medications from Colorado. I was interested because my daughter suffers crippling pain. He had two numbers to contact. I contacted the US number but we never actually spoke much because there was a horrible connection. So, we mostly texted. His voice was with a heavy accent so this made me suspicious. I suspected he was scamming and said if he needed help I could find help for him. He assured me he did not. I finally agreed to order a small amount of product for $90 plus $15 shipping. He promised next day by noon delivery through EMS. He said once the money was sent via western union and I showed him screenshots he would register my package and send me the tracking number. After a few hours of waiting, he kept making excuses for no tracking number so I went online to WesternUnion and cancelled my transaction. Luckily I was refunded. It's not just him though. I was contacted by two other people on his behalf claiming to refer him and also claiming to have my delivery. Of course it was lies so I blocked their numbers after telling them to leave me alone. By the way he had me transfer the money to two foreign people in Africa.
