I ordered and paid for 2 items ($60) from an ad by Penuriy that popped up on Facebook (which I really did knowing that I shouldn't). When the order arrived (in a timely enough fashion), they had shipped the wrong item which was not even close to the value of the item I ordered, nor was it anything I had any use for.

When I contacted them, and they did respond quickly, to explain the mix-up, and after several back and forths on the subject, the most they would offer for a refund was about $23, less than half of what I paid for the items I did not receive. And at this point, we'll see if I do in fact get that credit. They did say that I don't have to send back the items that I did get but don't need or want (and at best, I'd say they are in the $3 to $5 price range).

So I don't know if I would go as far as saying they are a scam operation, but they certainly are not honorable or trustworthy, and I.would advise anyone reading this to avoid ordering from them!

I ordered a rose bear and never got my product. I tried contacting the company with no response back from them. I was charged and asked for a refund. Still no response. This company is a fraud.
