I’ve been emailing this business to cancel my alleged subscription countless times. The first “ticket” number they gave me to cancel my trial was 6409431 but nobody got back to me. It was just an automated response. So now when and if they respond here, they can’t give me the typical “we haven't received a request” response they gave me the first time. Also now that I am looking at the reviews here, they also like to give this response by default to anyone who complains about the same issue. Their services don’t deliver any of the features promised and their customer services is unresponsive. I suspect their website is fake and basically just bait to collect credit card information and bill unauthorized charges regardless of wether or not the user attempts to cancel. They have charged me two months in a row $21.51 and I cannot get a hold of them.
