I received a text saying it was a WEEKEND PROMO, click on the link, take a brief survey, and pick a reward for my time. After taking the survey that asked the exact questions T-Mobile asks at the end of a call regarding their customer serivce, I was able to claim a rewards-just pay shipping and handling.

After picking my Fitbit type watch for my Dad (with heart issues), I was asked to pay $4.87. It then asked me to purchase a 14.95 protection plan-that I thought I declined. It took me to the payment page...I entered my debit card info and took a screen shot of my ORDER SUMMARY PAGE.

I then checked my account to make sure only $4.87 was extracted, and it was an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for $43+ dollars. I then tried to call customer service which states it was 24/7. I got a recording saying closed, and set hours and times of the week! I then tried to email the email [email protected], and the email was returned saying "NO SUCH EMAIL" EXISTED!!!

I now thought this was a scam, and proceeded to call T-MOBILE. They confirmed it was indeed a scam. They hadn't sent out such a survey. I immediately canceled my banking information. This is terrible. Seems as if they are targeting all T-MOBILE COMPANY'S, SO BEWARE!!!!!

Text sent to me asking to complete a survey for MetroPCS Mobile and receive free gift. I chose the PEPWatch, and had to pay around $5 for shipping / handling. Then I could not get to checkout without adding a second, NOT free, product to my order. I immediately called the customer service number, was offered a 25% discount which I refused stating I didn’t want or need the second item (PepPods). To which I was offered a 30% discount which I had to forcefully declined. I then stated I wanted a full refund - I no longer wanted either item. I was told I would get the refund and it would appear on my card in an hour. That has yet to happen. This also makes me suspicious as I’ve never known any business to be able to offer a refund on a card so quickly. As of now they owe me $48.85. I have searched and searched and cannot find a business IP address for PepWatch or PepPods.
