I ordered a 10 day trial of some facial cream. The advertisement said it was Sophie Gregoire's company (Trudeau's wife). Stupidly, I thought I would try it since it was a Canadian company. When I saw the pending charge on my credit card for over $400 I contacted thecompany to return it. It was within the 10 days but I was told that I couldn't return open product but I would given a partial refund. Interesting how I was supposed to try it if I couldn't open it. If I accepted the partial refund I agreed to not purse any further compensation. After contacting VISA and being told they couldn't help my husband accepted the partial refund. I was pretty angry and started pushing the company by email where another person told me I could have returned it but I couldn't now because we had accepted the partial refund. Huge scam. I am cancelling my credit card now because I am concerned they will put another charge through. DO NOT go near this company.
