He was hired to design my friend's house, she paid him the money for the design and to get plans submitted to the county. He has failed to do his job and to give me answers of what it is going on. Because all the time Roberto has taken to complete the job , she finally decided to contact the Business License holder to get answers. She found out that Roberto has been using the license without the consent of the license holder, and that he was fired from the company. Roberto not only has lied to her but to many other people. He takes advantage of people that do not have the means of the knowledge of what to do after he has taken the money from them, and never finishes the job for what he was paid to do. He is known at the Kern County for his bad reputation.
