Seems sketchy. The prices listed for 3, 6, and 12 months correspond with prices mentioned by purchasers ($67 and $39). I think the 50% refund is bs. I was offered the same deal. If you use a credit card call them ASAP after purchase and the will refund you and clawback the payment made to them.
Kindly, it seems that we’ve sent you two emails just in regards to a missing mailing address for your book delivery. It would be wonderful if you could check your inbox for our emails titled “Beyond Body book order: Additional information needed.” As soon as we receive the missing information from your side, the order will be shipped out to your house.

This product is a scam. They say that it is “fully personalized.” It isn’t. When I reached to request a refund they originally said they could refund or amend my book. Once I learned they would only give me 50% refund I asked for an amendment to replace the 20-30 items in my book I would never eat. They responded that they can’t make that happen because there goal is to make products that are usable. When I asked for a manager I was told I was getting a refund which I’m assuming is 50%. It also didn’t have the promised exercise section. Anyways save your money, buy a vegetarian cook book, and add your meat if your into that. You’ll lose weight and save money.

I ordered the meal plan book then was told to download an app, they then charged me another $ 67.00 for a 12 month subscription.
After reading over they comments on social media, I’m by far only one of MANY this company has done this too...

We have carefully checked this situation. We would like to inform you that we can see that you were charged since you've ordered our personalized health and wellness app called Perfect Body, which helps users plan meals everywhere they go.
The charges appeared after 7 days of the initial trial period, as indicated in your purchase confirmation. At the beginning of your order, the system showed that you get the FIRST WEEK FREE TRIAL, and after the 7-day free trial, you will be charged $5.6/month for your course with a one-time payment of $67 (12 months).
We would like to highlight that everyone can cancel a free trial anytime on your app or by writing to us at [email protected].

Our system allows you to choose what you want to have - ebook or add the physical book. We can't see you on our system, but you probably placed an order for a physical version of the book.
At first, you are offered an ebook for 39.99 USD, and if you want just that, you can decline all other offers. If you’re going to have a physical book, you can add an upgrade offer to your cart for 34.99 USD, and then you are getting a physical book for an additional fee (the complete sum is 74.98 USD). That means when you choose that option, the book is being turned into a print and sent for production.

The email title “Perfect Body's DNA Book Order” regarding missing information from your side, which includes your body measurements as well as the mailing address. Yet, we did not receive any response from your side as well as the information was not inserted via the automatic email link we sent to you on Aug 22, 2020. The email subject “Forgot to fill the missing gaps.”
We’ve sent you an additional email today to deliver the book to you in a timely manner with the newest content as soon as we receive missing information from your side.

Their customer support takes forever to get back to you. I find them very condescending. They are not customer focused and I find they often turn things around on the customer. For example, I told them I was unhappy that there were no workouts in my book. Customer support told me that I did not purchase the workouts (which apparently was extra). I PAID OVER $100 CANADIAN FOR THIS BOOK! Also, they often respond to the message with no solution and when you respond the next customer support person has to start fresh as its a new conversation.
The book itself took over a month to get to me despite the promise of taking 8-14 business days. I was provided with a tracking number that was invalid. I was promised a meal plan with recipes. Instead they give you a bunch of ingredients and you choose from them. They give you no suggestion on how to put them together or give you a recipe. Its ridiculous. I also told them I have acid reflux and some of the foods I can't eat are in this book. I'm sure if I tell them this they will simply tell me that I probably didn't choose properly when making the book.
On November 14th I requested a refund. The next morning Trust pilot contacted me stating that my review for Perfect Body DNA (which wasn't positive) was being disputed by the company and I had to provide proof otherwise it would be deleted...GLADLY. My advice? Not worth it. Total waste of money. This company should take a course on customer service. Actually, maybe a few courses. Their service really sucks.
Our policy states, that all complaints must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product. We checked your situation that the ebook was delivered to you on several different occasions. Please note that we cannot see any complaints regarding the meal plan when the ebook was delivered to you. In this case, we can consider that you were satisfied with the ebook's content (ebook content is the same as the physical book).
Every company has it's refund policy and the complaint submitting procedures/order, as written in our terms and conditions, paragraph 16: The client can submit a complaint within 14 days. The complaint must provide evidentiary support, and grounds indicated. All complaints are being handled free of charge. After analysis of the customer's supportive information and the complaint, the best solution for the case is offered for the client.
Secondly, talking about the meal plan, we have created an extremely flexible meal plan focused on ingredients, not on specific dishes. We are given options, alternatives, and substitutes for each meal of the day, so consumers just need to follow the arrows and pluses while scheduling their meal plans for the day. We leave here lots of freedom so that everyone can choose the desired ingredients and the preparation method.

That said, the marketing is very misleading where they show a video of a woman holding up an actual BOOK that is personalized with her name, she flips through the very colorful pages that show exercises, etc.
You step through the online process of building the book where they lead you through a quiz to answer questions relevant to your food preferences, your exercise activities, your food preferences, and other demographics.
You complete this entire process, the whole way through at each point a BOOK is referenced. You come to the end where you order, price acceptable, and then once you order, go to your email, and low and behold there is another offer to order and PAY FOR a hard-cover book. Only at this point are you notified that this is, in fact, an EBOOK, not an actual book.
Very misleading and disappointing. But oh of course you can now purchase the beautiful book they've shown you for another $40. So all told $80 and NOT $40. I might have been fine to make the purchase straight out if I had not been mislead. But oh, that's okay - you already have my $40. Not bad for probably some program that does all this automatically through programming. You build something once, and make $40 per transaction for doing nothing and you've mislead someone from their $40 times how ever many people will be attracted to this, which we know are many because it is what it is. I'm so tired of this BS from people. Go earn an honest living and stop taking advantage of people. Sad, but unfortunately not surprising. One of these days I will learn that we are very devoid of basic kindness in this day that we live in. Congratulations!

The customer can customize the book by adding additional content to it, for example, workouts for an additional price, which is also a one-time payment. You can also upgrade your ebook to a physical one by adding additional payment, which will turn your ebook into a print. We hope you understand that additional payment occurs due to shipping, customs, printing costs, and the pay of the nutritionists and trainers who work on your book.
Most importantly, you can decline or accept the offers, and there are no strings attached.
