I purchased a product that said it was free except a small shipping fee. In their literature there was nothing about a charge after 15 days, but they charged me for two items for a total of $189.00. When I called to return it, they gave me RMA #'s and I returned it regular mail. Now after a month, with still no refund I called them, and they stated that if there wasn't a tracking number there was nothing they could do.

Buyer beware I guess.

I responded to a FREE trial offer that only required $4.95 for P/H on their website. I received the product but there was no information about terms of cancellation included. They later charged me $89.95 on my debit card because I had not cancelled within 14 days, so it was not a FREE TRIAL as they claimed, but they charged me full price including P/H. Sadly I did not catch this happening until they charged another $93.84 a month later because I had been automatically enrolled in their "AUTOMATIC RENEWAL" PROGRAM,!, SOMETHING I WAS NOT INFORMED OF BEFORE HAND! You're supposed to cancel within 14 days of ordering so you basically only get a week to try the product and the product label says it takes a month to see the results! To top it off, I hadn't even received the product, otherwise I would have known sooner what was

going on. I called customer service and they told me the product had been reported as being delivered by the

USPS. I NEVER GOT IT! I cancelled my debit card. They offered me a 35% refund, and I took it because I thought it would be better than nothing, but now I'm wondering if I shouldn't have held out for a full refund. Anyway, I'm out $150.00 for one bottle of 30 Garcinia pills that didn't even work. I'm unemployed and I could not afford this kind of a hit on my bank account. These people are crooks and they should be prosecuted before they can deceive any more unsuspecting consumers.
