I live in the UK. Saw a link for a product at £19.95. The final payment page showed foods for £164 and £139.75 which is not what I ordered. Called the UK no, each person claims they could not find my details. Did a bit more digging and found website and called USA no as to return the goods I need a RMA number, they would not give it to me immediately despite asking for it repeatedly, I was told they would only give me a percentage refund which increased incrementally from 30% to finally 70% I insisted on asking for the Returned Merchandise Authorisation number which I was finally given. I now intend to return the goods which arrived this morning but don't anticipate getting any kind of refund plus I will lose out on the cost of returning these items to the USA (I live in UK)
