I parked in a perfect parking lot. I obtained an all day $10 parking slip at the kiosk at the mariachi plaza and went to eat only took an hour. When I came back to the car I found a Perfect parking parking violation for $63 dollars on my window that my time had expired. I called the number on their envelope and the rep could not explain it. He stated to dispute it on their web site. I submitted the dispute . After reading yelp reviews I learned this is a scam and only the City of LA can issue a parking violation and issue a monetary fine.
