There was an add on Facebook to receive two skin care products for just the price of shipping. Before I signed up, I thoroughly checked the site for any type of trial period.... or signing up for future deliveries. There was none. I paid the $4.95 twice for 2 products that were a joke. One of the products the pump didn't even work. As I was checking my checking account daily, I see two charges, one for $94.00 and one for $97.00 for the skin care products they had already sent me. I immediately called the 800 number only to talk to someone in another Country that said there was nothing they could do but to credit me 20% of what I had paid. I said that was unacceptable. I asked for a copy of what I had signed up for. They said they don't have any documentation. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said there is none they would have to contact the corporate office with my complaint. I have called back three times, each time they tell me there is nothing they can do, but the last time they said they would return 50% of the money they took. I told them this is still unacceptable and I wanted a full refund of what they have taken from my account. There was no paperwork that came with the product other than a shipping slip showing payment of the $4.95. I find this to be very deceptive. They were very good at hiding what their true intent was to scam people out of $200.00 with no recourse.

Received an email through Yahoo on products to try for free just pay shipping and handling after completing a survey, I was never taken to a website. I ordered the product, paid the S/H. I received an email order confirmation and as you can see in the image there is absolutely no contact information. No address, no phone number and really no email address other than where the email was sent from. When I received the package I wrote "refused" on it, never opening it, and sent it back. August 10th I look at my bank account and I have $89.73 charged to my account. I call the phone number listed on my bank statement at 11:00, was hung-up on. Called back and spoke with Sherry who was neither pleasant nor hateful. She insisted that prior to inputting payment information that the terms and conditions should have been read and that I was supposed to call to have membership cancelled. Well, while reading the product information prior to ordering it says NOTHING about a membership. I was then put on hold for 5 minutes, when she came back I was told I had returned the product incorrectly and tried to sell me the sample back at a discounted rate. I said, No I want a refund.

I actually do not know the name of the company. Email said Perfect Skin Serums, however my bank statement says Sublime Skin Labs. I have searched the internet for both company's I cannot find a website or address or any contact information.

This company is sneaky in slipping in this "membership" information in the terms and conditions and not having it clearly stated in an area that is visible.
