say you can order from macy's a skin cream and only pay the 4.95 shipping fee since they are closing some of their stores. Next thing I know there are 2 charges of 4.95. After the 2 TINY bottles are received I notice 2 pending charges on my credit card for 92 and $98. My bank says to call and try to get them to give me refund since there was no where that said I was agreeing to pay for auto ships. They would not do it....after arguing for a good bit of time he claimed they would give me 50% refund but that was all they could do after cancelling my "subscription" (that I NEVER agreed to)...This was a scam on facebook...order never came from Macy's. Did not even list the company name just PO Box.
