the website appeared ok with a valid encryption certificate. once I placed the order and selected the PayPal option I was not directed to the PayPal site. I received an email from them with the purchase order that said to "pay cash on delivery". then I received texts from the phone number requesting I pay a person, Bradice Adisa, [email protected], via the PayPal friends and family function, then take a photo of it and send it to her.
