A salesman came to our home selling replacement windows. Said they were the same as Anderson Windows at a discounted price. If we would be a show home and have a sign in our yard for 90 days we could get this great deal. He measured our windows and gave us a quote. Had us apply for financing through Syncrony Bank and said that they would take 1/3 of the money now to order the windows. Said they couldn’t install until November (it’s July) but we should make payments. We applied for the loan, but the paperwork didn’t go through and he called and left a message for us to esign it again. We wanted to know more about the company before doing so and couldn’t find anything online but their website. Decided to back out of the deal using the 3 day signed cancellation. When we went to their office in Kaysville to do so it was empty and locked. There were no desks, nothing to indicate a business was being run from that office. When we called the salesman RC Thurston to tell him we changed our mind he said “Okay that’s fine, just sign the paper saying you don’t want it, but you still need to esign that paperwork.” Of course we refused to sign for a loan we won’t be getting. We looked up Synchrony Bank and saw that it was connected to other scams. We don’t know what is going to happen with the loan because we did sign something once that they said didn’t go through. Very concerned that we may get ripped off even after cancelling. Pretty sure the windows never would have been installed. Other window places are 6-8 weeks out not 4 months.

This is not true. I got my windows installed by Performance Windows and it was the most flawless process! Would recommend this company to anyone!
