I purchased an item online and 48 hours later I was sent a tracking number with the post office from the company. The item had been at the store in Costa Mesa I’m assuming just sitting there. I have sent several emails with no response. I have called the number that supposed to be theirs and it’s some weird lottery sign up and not the business phone number. I finally just went to there Instagram page and left a message under one of there post and someone responded to me through DM and asked for my order number I responded and now there hasn’t been any response or reply and my message under the post was deleted. Now I’m very suspicious that something isn’t right about this transaction.
