Online made a purchase to Perricone. Received that order. A month later was sent an unauthorized order for 342.84 from Guthy-Renker (Perricone third party). There isn't a packing slip, order number, or return address, no phone number it was deducted from the previous payment method, I have had to close that account. Many have complaints against this company. This is a scam that seems to have zero recourse to get redemption. Please do something!!
