I can not speak to the car sales at this dealer, I can only rate the Dodge Parts Department and the manager there, Mr Eddie Venegas. (But one must judge if a part is rotten, is not the whole?) I ordered a part for my car (rear sideview mirror, just the glass), from them and it was a hard to find part which they had in stock. They of course charged more than 4 times ($100.+) what a local dealer would if they had had it, but I was at their mercy. I ordered it, it did not fit my car as I was assured it would, and I wanted to return the part. No one will accept the return without Eddie Venegas' approval, and he will not return or take any of my calls. He is always out of the office when I call, and does not return any of the messages I have left. GHOSTING me. Been doing this for almost two weeks. That's rotten. (Next comes Dodge Corp. reviews)
