Someone called and the ID said it was Creadence Resources. The man wouldn't identify himself or say what the call was about. He said he had our information but needed us to verify our address without telling us what the call is about. He just kept repeating the same thing about needing us to verify our home address or ssn.

The website habitsebooks.com has got my information email address as well as credit card information and has charged me$50. I have never signed up for this website nor have I ever heard of it so when I seen it from the transfer on my bank statement of not knowing where 50 went I went to the website myself and contacted the person. And the person was very rude working out at home base couldn't give me a supervisor manager boss or anything higher up than themselves every time that I called it was the same person and she called herself agent May. She said that there was nonrefundables but that she would cancel the account that was made fraudly under my name I asked kindly and nicely and respectfully to please refund my money I tried to explain and elaborate to Miss May that I've never made this account that's when she got in rude an unmannered and that's how I knew that she was working at home base because she couldn't transfer my call to anyone higher up that she was the only one to direct me as she continued to tell me that she was the best to handle the situation and continue told me it was non-refundable
