so they acted like a legit website that offered to purchase test results and I had to enter all the proper necessities for my card and that’s how I got scammed but the website was legit legit so they just asked me for my name email address so they could send me my test results via email and ask for the basic physical address credit card number and ZIP Code, and the security code on the back of the card

Tried to take the Myers & Briggs personality test, googled the test and clicked a false link that appeared to be the personality test. Took the test and filled out name, email, address, phone information to get results. A one-time $0.95 fee was required for a 7-day free-trial subscription that would continue to bill $30/month if not unsubscribed at the end of the 7-day trial. The authentic Myers & Briggs test is not free, so I didn't think anything was off with the small charge. Seconds later I got a "potential fraud" message from my bank that showed they attempted to charge the $1 + an additional $30 charge. I never received the emailed results and when I attempted to call, the line was dropped. Obviously a scam. Later recieved a text stating "your subscription has been canceled. you will no longer be billed" with a contact number (18447656532) from Global Informatics LLC.

The website, personality lab, offers a personality test but charges a small fee ($1) to view the results as do many other websites of the same type. After entering my card information, my card was immediately charged the $1 fee, and also a $29.95 fee for a “monthly subscription” that was not to be charged within 7 days of the initial transaction. Two days later, my card was also charged $4.95. The charges are under the name Budget Vehicle Reports and are based out of Florida.

I agreed to pay $0.95 for the results of a personality test that I took on this website. My card was charged $1 and then $29.95. even though website stated I had a free trial for 7 days. I never received the email with a test results or any other form of contact with the results that I registered for the free trial for. I ended up losing $30.95.
