This company pretends to be a compliance partner for labor law posters, and they grab buyers' attentions with their "All-in-One" poster that needs to be displayed in the workplace in order to be in compliance and not be fined by the government. These same posters can be individually downloaded and printed by your state government's website and the federal government's labor website. Once you buy from this company, you will be repeatedly harassed and threatened by mail, phone, and email to buy another poster. They use scare tactics to make you think that you aren't in compliance and hope that you'll keep buying more and more. Even when you call and ask to have your phone number removed from the call list, you have to request it multiple times while dealing with rude sales people. Also, even though you request to have your mailing address removed and your account "stopped or suppressed," the mailers keep coming as they are autogenerated. They will even find addresses linked to your name and start sending them mailers too. It's insane!

I received a bill in the mail to "renew" my Federal Labor Law Poster which seemed reasonable after several years in business. I sent my order without payment included and later received a phone call in which they told me I needed to purchase $280 worth of signs based on my employee base, health care, etc. I was pretty sure this was a scam so I asked them to send me a bill in the mail (with no plans to pay it). They proceeded to mail the posters AND the bill to me and now are harassing me about paying the bill or they will send it to collections. I receive phone calls almost daily and emails every week.

Personnel Concepts sells labor posters to small businesses. The called me numerous times insisting that if I didn't buy the labor posters I would be fined by the state of PA. They initially tried to charge me about $600 and when I told them I had no employees -- no W2s -- they said I qualified for a "made up" digital version for only $195.95 plus taxes. They invoiced me via email. I later proceeded to check on the official website of the US Department of Labor which confirmed through a digital tool that I had no such requirements. I further called the US Department of Labor to double-check, and indeed they confirmed by phone that I did not need any such posters, physical or digital. The company harassed me and stalked me over the phone trying to get me to pay them for something that by law I am not supposed to pay for.

I received a delivery of fake and cheap posters that I did not order for Pendleton Woolen Mills. Now I have been receiving invoices in the mail and via email about payment. I will not be making this payment since I never requested that materials in the first place. Staff from "Personnel Concepts" have been harassing us for payment of these materials.

They said the company I have wasn't in compliance and that I needed to buy the product they offer to be in compliance which was lies. They emailed me multiple times and called me multiple times about gathering my information to try and scam me out of money. They have my company address and my name and personal address and my information to open an account under my name.

They have been doing this for years with so many other people. Do not answer their phone calls do not go to their website when you receive the mail card saying that you will be fined if you don't buy their products! It's a lie and a scam!!!

They called me telling me I was being FINED by the state for not having law posters which I was not aware the State fines you via phone. I was pushed to pay a fee to stop the process and now they are calling demanding to charge my card a total of $350.00 if I do not pay ASAP. As I was on the phone I looked up the company's fraud report and the same tactic was used on me. They CLAIM they are STATE AND OSHA REGUALATED and make false claims of filling reports on small businesses owners to scare you and make you pay by default. I continuesly asked not to charge my card and they demanded payment or a bill.

I did not agree for a further payment but this agency uses a local number of your area to sound legit. Alicia got nervous when I mentioned speaking with my 'legal Counsil" and demanded payment or billing me and I informed her that I will not agree to payment and hang up.

called saying this was already on auto yearly re-order by the administrator and asked the employees name that they were talking to and that was the name that was on the invoice. That employee is not the one that does this type of ordering. She told them she cannot make those decisions and would have the administrator call them back. We then received an invoice, and we did not order from that company.
