I reached out to CFA Royal Simese and the scammer was extremely responice and he offered to give me a discounted cat. However, after I paid him in full the $900 via Zelle, he confirmed that hewould send me cat's travel itinerary. Also mentioned he would send me the cat's travel confirmation the day before and that the cat would be delivered to my address, as outlined in the sales contract. I contacted him via text requesting the travel itinerary twice without a response, cat was never delivered and the "cat breeder" never responded after the planned delivery date.

I expressed my concerns that he refused to facetime with me and send me the veterinary office's phone number, which is common practice for cat breeders. Since sending the funds, multiple cat breeders have told me they have known other victims that you have scammed and that this breeder will change the business and phone name after he's reported. Also many breeders keep the cost under limit to avoid "federal attention".

I mentioned to the scammer that others reported them on Better Business Bureau (I found his number reported) and he said that he reported them as scammers, so he reported them.

I'm sure this scammer will eventually change his personal name and business name.

I wired the money to Jania Price (in Georgia). Total scam and horrible people to pray upon people looking to add a kitten to their family.

Contacted the pet breeder regarding purchasing some guineas. They told me $25.00 each and $30.00 for shipping. Once I paid the $155.00 they then said it was extra but refundable for The shipping containers. I went ahead and sent the additional funds for the crate and Emu’s ordered. They then said the Emu’s would need their own crate (previously said they fit in a/Guineas). I again went ahead and paid and confirmed that was it. Seller confirmed that was all and would be sending me my birds the next day. They said they reached out to USPS to ship and it would have to wait until Monday. Monday comes around and I get contacted by an unknown shipper called Elvin Shipping. They requested $300.00 dollars for mandatory shipping insurance. I told them No, I don’t have that and that was not part of the arrangement. I then reached out to seller who acted shocked by the amount but later in the day confirmed. Hours and a couple days of going back and forth and the seller trying to get me to send more “refundable” money. I refused. At this point I told them it felt like a scam and I was never informed of the additional amounts. My $155.00 had already grown into $590.00 . Initially they apologized and kept trying to get me to send

Money. Then they tried to guilt me into it saying the birds deaths would be on my hands. I repeatedly said to cancel and refund my order. They have refused to do so. I’ve asked Cashap to try to help her my money back but right now it seems I was scammed out of $590.00

I have numerous texts back and forth I can provide as evidence.
