I ordered a Bull Mastiff puppy from Dogs Now. I paid the person 500 dollars, which from what they said that included all shipping fees etc... The next morning I get a phone call from an agency saying they are Pet Express and they will need me to put up 2000 dollars in order for my dog to be shipped to my address, which is "insurance"

They sent me some flight information, so I called the airline to see if this was the case. They informed me that they do not require any such insurance on any animal unless being shipped out of the united states.
