This company was used to transport 2 dogs from Tennessee to Rochester NY via aircraft. The company called stating they needed travel insurance payment in order to safely transport the dogs and that the money would be refunded upon delivery of the dogs to my doorstep. The money ($980.00) was sent via pre paid Visa cards per their request. The company called again asking for an additional $1400 to get the dogs from Erie PA stating the dogs needed vaccines despite having up to date vaccines. No proof of existence that the dogs were in transport. All emails and screen shots saved.
