I was buying a puppy from a breeder and they sent me to a travel site to track the process. Only to have a travel site email me saying that due to "weather and covid" I need to rent a different travel carrier to transport the puppy in, so I did and then they ask for more money since there were some documents that weren't included in the puppy's information that they recieved from the breeders house. I tried calling them but they didn't answer their phones, so I lost my new puppy and all the money I spent on him.
