The photos were very simple of the animals and products requested.
Credit card was immediately charged and this company emailed back with all orders stating “need better image”. The images were already very plain. Tried uploading yet again and never received product for Christmas gifts. We were charged the full amount and the products were never even started on their side.
Why should we be charged if the products were never even started?
