Product for calming dogs and preventing them from peeing in house . Doesn't work. Followed instructions completely. Used product as instructed for 2 months . Dog even peed on devices. Bought 5/27/2025. Supposed to last 60 days. It didn't . They continue to take money from my account. They have me listed as Subscription status. I've tried repeatedly to stop this by phone. I was told by one person they don't handle this at phone number 903-535-2135. They gave a customer support number of 424-248-7946. Automated service took my phone number and email address. Message said they would return my call. I never heard from them. It came with a money back guarantee. I'm a senior citizen living on a fixed income and disabled.

Received dog toy product (about 30 days after purchase). Dog destroyed “indestructible” toy in two minutes. Attempted several times to receive “guaranteed” refund.
