I was suppose to get a puppy delivered it was suppose to be for a refundable crate fee. I didnt get the puppy and they said they gave money to the breeder. Without my permission or signature.

Messaged her on Craigslist about a puppy after talking and texting she had told me she would deliver me a puppy today 06/03/2023 she never showed up will not ansewer any calls or texts. I had sent her a total amount of $380 using chime
