Online puppy scam. A Facebook page administrator named Jessica Piscot posted fake videos and photos of Cavapoo puppies claiming she had them for sale. We paid 50% of the dog's price ($350 + delivery fee of $85) so that she could drop the dog off at this logistics/delivery company called Royal Zone Logistics Service to be delivered. Once that part of the scam was done, some other people called us claiming they worked for the delivery company saying that we needed to either purchase or rent a special crate so that the puppy could be transported safely. They said the money was going to be reimbursed upon delivery of the dog. The price asked for renting the crate was $559, which thankfully did not go through. We lost a total of $435 paid through Zelle and these people are still calling us to complete the transaction.
