Contacted a website called www.siberiankittenscity.com in regard to buying a siberian kitten. The cost was $600 plus $200 shipping. After I paid the money, I received an email from a shipping company named icon shipper saying that the cat required a special carrier that was insulated and I would need to pay more money but that I would be refunded that amount as the crate was only a rental. Given it is winter, this made sense to me. I confirmed with the breeder and they confirmed and I was given a Paypal address to send the money to. To make a long story short, this went on a couple of more times and I figured out that they were working together and I was getting scammed. When I called them out all communication stopped. The shipper's scam website is www.iconshipper.com and phone number is 865-816-9450,

I contacted the scammer initially through Facebook Marketplace; they responded immediately and said they would create a quote for the shipping container. They created the quote and provided an invoice via PayPal. I made the payment through PayPal using a debit card. The scammer said they would send tracking information with a specific date for delivery. The tracking information was never sent. I called the number listed on the website. The scammer has answered the phone nearly every time I've called; when I ask for tracking, he states that he has sent it via email, that I should check all of my email folders. Scammer also states he will send tracking via text, yet no text has been received. Scammer insists now the delivery date will be within the next four days. I still have not received any tracking info. I am seeking resolution through PayPal.

Was looking for a Balinese kitten. Found this website and sent an inquiry for a kitten I was interested in. Immediately received a response with photos of said kitten. After a few back and forth emails I began to get suspicious. I couldn’t find any information on google about the company, the website has a lot of grammar errors, and the emails back and forth were even worse. I emailed and asked for the name of the vet they used so I could inquire more about the legitimacy of the company - they gave the name so I called the vet. There was no record of this breeder using this vet. I emailed the “breeder” back asking for a name on the account of the vet and haven’t heard back since. I didn’t lose any money thankfully but I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to other people.

They are a puppy breeder selling a puppy from Winnipeg MB to my wife with etransfer of $250 and to be shipped by international courierpost to Coombs with a dog carrier on and a guy to be delivered to our door the next day . Then was told I had to rent a aircondition crate for $300 .I told international I did not have that money only $200 which he said the next ok and he was etransfer after 3 wrong e-mail to a different e-mail and he cash it and told me puppy was in flight and check the old tracking Then next day no puppy and then he sick it was sick and his company doctor was treatin g and he said it had lung disease HIs statement ( we like to let you know that due to the delay to change the unsterilized crate , the puppy has contacted a lung disease due to low oxygen in the crate ,) d the pet doctor is trying to resolve it , he is demanding about $900 for the treatment of the puppy , we will update you once this is sorted out. I was told by him and the selller it was my fault.I told him that I wanted to know how doc, determine in a half a day dog had lung disease and was told it was on it`s way plus .
