Pet was promised to be shipped the next day after contract was signed and submitted for $850 including shipping. Next morning we received an email saying the shipper, Log Traglobal Shippers, email address [email protected], needed $750 for insurance, which we would get back. They then indicated that after the pet arrived in Nashville from Chicago, that the crate needed to be climate controlled, and offered a number of crates at different prices, recommending one at $995. We were not able to get the full amount sent, so they indicated that the pet would be spending the night in Nashville and would be sent once the remainder of the payment was sent.
