Advertised on Facebook. I have sent e mails with no response

On my credit card it states. SP Cozycoveshop MN

TX 1.404592. 33.64$. 08/12. Date ordered and credit card deducted.

It was a dog bed and is still advertised on FB with another company from Germany.. I know it’s my fault to order through FB but stil disturbing

This is Facebook ad that has scammed many many people. The sell a dog bed that shows as large and lush in the ads but the actual bed is much smaller and thinner. Most people are ordering an XL but what arrives is a small. The company refuses to refund or in my case cancel even 3 hours after I placed the order. The measurements on their website are false, as are the photos. Their ad now disallows any comments so no one can be warned. Please help others who are about to get scammed. Their website says they are in the UK but the shipping centre my “dog bed” came from was located in Casper, Wyoming.
