Paid for puppy, carrier, pet thriver logistics, was supposed to deliver puppy. Individual was supposed bring puppy in a crate. Carrier reported crate rejected needed additional funds for airline approved carrier. Paid additional 832$ for carrier. Carrier sent itinerary for puppy stating he was on the way. Sent me a tracking number to follow. Number went to their website where it showed puppy in Charlotte, NC. Once there, I was sent another email stating I needed to pay another 695$ for vaccinations he had already received. Puppy never was received.
