I ordered a dress that I need to return for a refund, but cannot get any service or a return address from this company. Item is too small. Please advise as to what I can do.

I've been trying to initiate a return of merchandise to get a full refund of three items. I was provided a fictitious return address from Petallush.com customer service via email that has now sent my return back to me. The person receiving my return at the following address, states "Product was not order and the package was refused the delivery."

Please return items to following address via Petallush.com:

Consignee: UGD C/O Chenzong

MERCHANT RETURN

Address: 248-23 Brookville Blvd

ROSEDALE NY 11422 USA

Petallush.com is not abiding by their return policy located online. This is once again another bad website taking advantage of consumers with no intention of refunding people. Unfortunately, my loss, but hopefully someone else's gain by reading this and not purchasing anything from Petallush.com.
