I bought 3 sweaters Thanksgiving week, immediately received an email stating that one of my "sweaters is out of stock. Do I want my money back for the sweater?" As soon as I sent back an "yes. I want to he reimbursed for the one sweater, but want the rest of the sweaters." Petal Prim stated no problem. Two days later I received an email stating they sent back my refund for the sweater. I never received an refund, and three emails later, I still have not received my other 2 sweaters
