Site advertising shoes available. After ordering received an email a few days saying my item was not available and to choose a different pair of shoes. When I said I don’t want a different pair of shoes they said they would refund the amount but keep 10% as that was their policy for cancelling the order.

I ordered shoes from a website that has shoes listed for sale. After going through with the purchase i received an email from Paypal (i didnt use paypal to make the purchase i used my card) saying i made a purchase from a name completely different than the website listed. I emailed the company i ordered the shoes from asking to cancel the order and issue a refund. They said they had "no order under that information and wouldnt be returning my money". They sent several emails asking a ton of questions about why i want to cancel, why i need the money back, why i dont have their right order number, personal questions like name, email, address, etc etc.
