I have received a text message from person, name was included. Letter wanting information that a person had passed and with the same last name as ours. As the person that passed did not have a "will" we are the closet one. Asking information regarding of this above. I "Did" NOT answer the text! Thought I would let you know, I have heard of this sort of scam. I don't want too see elderly or anyone get involved in a matter of this.
