They called numerous times from different numbers but always left same messages to call the ********* ****, said they have a claim against me, gave my name and phone number. Then said to call the *** number, once I did they knew my name by phone number and also had my last 4 digits of social security, said it was a claim from Check&Go that was delinquent . Wanted to settle it. I’ve never had any dealings with check&go. Be careful people. They sounded very legitimate. I contacted corporate office at check &go to report and file a claim.

These people are robocalling me all day long. Today alone I have recieved 4 phone calls. 2 under my married name and two under my maiden name (a name I haven't had in almost 12 years) I KNOW I have nothing in collections anymore and they are scamming me. I called and chewed them out, told them IF they are a collections company they cannot be calling more then ONCE a day! She hung up on me. This company, if it isn't a scam, is also not playing by the rules. You won't scam me out of a dime!

They left a message (a recording) and I called back. They wanted to speak with my mother. I asked what it was in regards to? They said They couldn't give me that information, since I wasn't her. I said well obviously since I'm at her residence speaking from her phone then I had her permission to speak on her behalf. So, if they could not give any information, I would gladly return the favor and give them none. And I hung up.

Oh, I'm sure they'll go for another shot and bite at the apple. Hyenas will circle and persist until they either get what they want, are laughed out of town, or their pack is subdued.

Called me today from a hidden number, recording stated to press 1 to speak with an individual. Asked me 3 times about the last digits of my social. I got annoyed and asked what debt they show I owe. A payday loan! Before she could get any further. I told her this was not my loan and to stop harassing me. She said their attorneys will be contacting me. Won't stop calling me from 844-947-2059

Called me today and said I have a money tree loan with my current last name which is a lie because I had a loan with my maiden name which got paid off and soon as I said that they hung up his name was derrick +1 559-648-8255 I'm so over these scam people calling me it don't make any sense

Called and when I answered they knew the last 4 of my SSN and(now former last name since 2018). Kept asking me if it was me and got irritated when I told them I didn't owe a payday loan and they hung up. Called from what appeared to be a local number (580)324-0698 but the voicemail they left 10mins prior said to call 844-460-1254.

Called me and said i owed 1400 from 2015 from a payday loan cashnet.usa. well i live in Pennsylvania and cashnet.usa does not do business in Pennsylvania. Told them to flip off and die

Called me claiming That if I didn’t pay an all cash online bill that they would send me to court and let me up I called the check into Cash and she said that they have been written it off. This company also hey give me a phone number and an extension to call back once I set up payments with them but when I called the number back you can’t get anyone on the number is going straight to Verizon where the phone is not even listed anymore

When I answered the call, it was a recording and stated press 1 to speak with an individual. The individual on the phone said he was calling about a bill owed ten years ago. He stated the bill was 1000 dollars, but he would settle for five to six payments of 130 a month. He asked for debit card account information or credit card information. He asked for my email address and advised me to sign the documents so that the payments could be drafted from my account. He also sent a text message to my phone to sign documents; however, I did not sign. I'm uncertain if this business is legit because they would not share an address over the phone. When I asked for an address they stated they would have to speak with their supervisor before they could disclose the information.
