After investigation, it appears your package may have been lost in transit. Sadly this happens sometimes in the online shopping world.
We can refund you if you wish. Your package may still arrive however we can refund your money back if you would like.
This option would prevent the same issue in the future.
Another option would be for us to re-send your package ASAP with tracking information. You would receive the new tracking information via email in 3-5 business days (not including weekends) and the package shortly after.

After telling them to resend my package and provide a tracking number they did not reply. No package ever arrived after 3 months. This whole outfit is either a scam or incompetent.
