SCAM SITE!!!

Bought the solar powered infrared sensor deer repellent "alarms" for $192, never opened the box and just wanted to return it. After multiple, multiple emails with the company and refund offers of 8%, 15%, and 20%, I filed a complaint with Paypal and got a full refund of $192 (and got to keep the sensors). Company said the return address on the box was incorrect, and tried to keep me from returning the product as "it could get lost in customs", then I'd have no recourse. I took immense pride in emailing this scam company, telling them I got a full refund AND got to keep their product. I wish I could attach my lengthy email conversation as it's a great read!

Bootleg Seresto Collar

Ordered the Seresto Collar and received it about 3 weeks before I intended to put it on my dog. When I finally opened the package, the reflector clips were missing, leading me to contact the company via web form. It took 10 days to get a response even after I began sending them a message every 12 hours. As others have stated here, their proposed solutions were ridiculous and made no attempt to own their responsibility for sending me an incomplete, likely counterfeit product. They asked me to send back the collar and wait for a replacement at my own expense of $20 USD shipping. Finally I accepted an offer of a 15% refund. I will never purchase anything else from this bootleg retailer. ADVICE: Pay the market rate for such products and only get them from local, reliable vendors. If a price seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Counterfeit Seresto Collars

I ordered 3 collars and once received found that they were counterfeit. It took weeks for customer service to email me back and then state that the collars were made in the same factory as the real ones.. that just sounds ridiculous, as did everything else they are telling me. I will not use these collars and they refuse to refund money, and offered me a discount on my next purchase... like there would ever be a next purchase! This company is a real scam! I have contacted authorities and border control as they are knowingly trafficking counterfeit good across US borders which is a federal offense. Would love to see this company and others like it shut down, but everyone needs to report their issues and not just accept it.

They are the worst of the worst. Buy nothing from them toy ball came in pieces designed to choke your dog . All I was looking for was money back no harm done as I never gave it to my pup because I love him ? always someone out to screw you ! Go figure.

Online purchase, lost $119.92 .Don’t order from here, it’s a scam

I ordered flea collars from here, I only received 2 out of the 6 I ordered, and the order confirmation had no information about the company. Then when I tried the customer service e-mail it was a fake. PayPal is no help either, they can’t get my money back, they want me to file a complaint with the authorities.

This company is Chinese ,I ordered a product March 11,2022 , just today I got an email saying it shipped ... The tracking number is a fraud and no doubt the time of response and fake tracking number is to delay a complaint to PAYPAL ,by the way PayPal always sides with the business and expects you to take pennies on the dollar for a refund.

I ordered what was described as a " leaded stained glass window hanging". What I received was not only plastic but also broken. I requested a return/ refund and was told to send a picture of the broken Item. I did so.

I was then told that they would only give me a 40% refund ( excluding my shipping cost) but in order to get, maybe, a full refund I'd have to mail it to CHINIA. By the way it was mailed to me from Jamaica, NY.

I was told I'd have to bear the expense because I didn't purchase insurance. What insurance? After endless emails back and forth I finally got less than 45% refund through many many emails.

This company practices deceptive merchandise descriptions and a refund policy they will refuse to give a 100% refund-- period. DO NOT ORDER anything from this Chinese rip off!

They had a 3pack of LED balls so I got 2 the grand total was $43.19 they toke the money from my account the same day January 11th 2022 and I have not received anything. They should not take your money tell they have shipped out to you, plus not not nice to do to a blue heeler, she want her LED balls. Thank you so much. Jami Barthelemy

Obviously, I am not the only one that has been scammed, but now I see they have made such a huge profit screwing over people that now they only offer a 30% refund for broken junk, instead of 50% refund. The product took weeks to get to me and it arrived in flimsy packaging, was broken and didn't look like the photo presented on the website. I was lured to this site while shopping during Christmas and accidentally clicked on a image which took me to their scam website.

What are you doing to protect American consumers from these types of fraudulent businesses? Why aren't you shutting these domains down, not just expecting us to do a thorough search to confirm the site it legitimate? I guess it is easier just to claim "buyer beware"

On 12/16/2021 I ordered two Apple Air Tags for $21.50 each and two plastic holders to attach the air tags to pet collars for $16.99. With coupons, free shipping and tax the total came to $54.99 which I paid using my credit card. The order came later than promised on January 3. The package contained the two plastic covers as ordered and two additional black plastic covers I didn’t order and nothing else. The two Apple Air Tags were not shipped. I sent an email with images explaining the problem. My first email to the merchant was ignored. My second email was responded to with an offer of 15% off, my third email was responded with another offer of 18% off or I should just donate the items. The person sending email response is Mily Wolinet and doesn’t appear to have actually looked at the issue. I suspect this isn’t an actual person. There is no other way to contact Petkitshop. The company is Chinese with a phone number in China and the package was sent from New Jersey. I believe this to be a fraudulent online merchant. I have filled a disputed charge against them with my credit card company. I would like Petkitshop reported for fraudulent practices.

Online advertisement was for high quality, "innovative" pet products. I ordered a bird stained glass window display piece (for $34.99 plus tax and shipping). What I received, in a tiny padded envelope, was a cheap, small piece of plastic with birds printed on it (badly, as well) that was also broken into several pieces. Attempts to contact the company for a full refund have been unsuccessful. They are still placing ads on Google as far as I can tell. Stay away from this business and the cheap, crap they are selling.

I purchased a product from this company and it was defective. Solar Power Ultrasonic Animal Pest Repeller Infrared Sensor Waterproof Animal Deterrent. $100 for 4. You only have 7 days to contact the seller if the product is defective. so buyer beware. I did contact the seller within 7 days of receipt of the product. But there should be a ScamPulse.com notice file on this company so others do not fall victim to this company/ fraud.
