I ordered four dog figurines that cost me $130 from PetPalsDIY that were supposed to be personalized. However, I received generic-looking dog figurines and a dollar store-quality frame that cost me another $50. They sent me the wrong frame. When I asked them to send me the one I ordered, they told me to cover the shipping cost of the one they wanted to send me. I asked for the customer service number twice because I wasn't getting answers quickly enough via email communication, but they refused to give me a phone number, and said email communication worked best for them. I also couldn't find PetPalsDIY company phone number online. I don't even know where this company is located. This business is a scam. I lost $180 on nothing. Please do not order from this company.
