I bought a puppy from a breeder in Colorado and she stated she will drop the puppy off at a pet delivery agency, which she did. But then the agency started to charge for a crate, puppy insurance and then they charged me for a USDA papers and then they refuse to refund me back unless the puppy is delivered, but they have charge me and have made it impossible for me to get the puppy. I then called Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas Health Animal Department and they explained that those papers aren’t needed unless requested by an airline. I called Colorado airport and they said there is no pet agency, but that it is a scam because they have other people that have called as well. I just need my money, but they refuse to give it to me
