Petrol Vibes, placed order using debit card on February 2nd. Order was supposed to take 10 days to produce followed by 3-5 days shipping. Waited 17-days before I finally tried contacted them via email, in which they replied 1-day later. Their response was, they were waiting on me to confirm my order. I had already confirmed it and money had been withdrawn on my account 17 days prior. I emailed back that there was no place to "confirm" my order and that all I had received was an email to "upgrade" my product. I had asked if my order could be placed immediately and shipped asap. Never received a response. 4-days later, I sent another email and requested that my order be placed or an update be given within 24hrs or that I would be retracting payment and contacting BBB. 3-days after this final follow up, no response from Petrol Vibes. Scam company, DO not order from Petrol Vibes.
