In June of 2019, I ordered 3 engraved pet collars spending $53.85 and never received the collars although the money was taken out of my account. The link to their website stated to try again it was under construction. This is fraud!

I purchased an engraved dog collar from Pets Gear Marts. They had an advertisement for a limited time discount. I paid about $18.00 for the collar and on the purchase confirmation, it stated, "Your order in on the way. "Track your shipment to see the delivery status." and "Shipping times of :8:20 business days depending on your location." I was excited to receive my dog's collar but 3 weeks passed and I never received it. I tried contacting them and I got nothing. I sent them an email, and no response. I went to their so called website petsgearmart.com, and apparently is not working. So here it is, it's September now, and yet, no collar has been delivered. I am upset at the fact that this "company" has gotten away multiple times and is/has taken advantage of many, myself included. Although, they didn't steal hundreds from me, they have stolen from maybe hundreds of people. I read the reviews and there are over 64 reviews from other customers who also claim they never received their orders. And some of those customers spent more than $18.00. I believe this needs to come to the hands of a higher authority and put this scammer away for good.

I am reporting this company...like others ordered something, received confirm email, they charged me and nothing. Can't contact them. Email doesn't work. Website down now. Horrible. Just want my money back.

I ordered a custom engraved pet collar from this company, they charged Pay Pal immediately, sent a shipping notice and nothing ever arrived. They don't respond to emails and there is no tracking number provided. Email is below sent on July 9, 2019. It looks like I am not the only one scammed by this company after seeing the additional complaints here. Very disappointing.

Your Tracking number will be synced into the system as soon as our warehouse syncs the shipping system to our order system, this is done in batches and is not instant.

By getting this email your item(s) Have Shipped but the tracking is not yet updated. When the tracking numbers do get loaded in they may still be a little slow to update at first due to the origin carrier not being the same as the destination carrier depending on what country you are in. The package has to change hands between carriers and their systems have to sync so that the information is shown.

The FREE worldwide shipping does not have the best tracking due to this but it still is in the carriers hands and gets to its destination just fine and we have not had any issues with delivery.

Pets Gear Mart advertises on Facebook, and it is a scam. I ordered and have never received the dog collar I ordered. The tracking number does not work, no one returns email inquiries, and customer service does not take calls (they direct you back to the email and fake tracking number). In addition, I have had identity fraud since I ordered. My credit card number has been compromised and my phone number and address have been used to create accounts. I have filed a police report about the identify theft and the accounts set up without my permission have been closed.

This is a company that advertises on Facebook and Instagram as selling dog collars and leashes with your dogs name on it. They collect your money and never send out the product. Many people are saying the same thing on line. It’s a scam!! Be aware!! Stay away from this company.

My fiance purchases a reflective collar for our dog and after a month she has emailed them twice with no reply about the shipping status and the number seems to be fake. I've heard of others with the same problem of not getting any response.

On July 6th I ordered a pet collar for my puppy. As of today July 26, 2019 I have not received it. Phones are out of order, emails are not responded too, Cannot find the company on Facebook or Instagram. I have filed a fraud report with PayPal so I can recoup my money. Several people have been ripped off by this company - if you search it on Facebook you can see all of the complaints as recent as today 7/26.They have ripped off SEVERAL people.

I ordered from their website and did not receive the product. They also will not respond to their customer service email. Their phone number for customer service doesn’t work.
