Agreed to purchase puppy from Benny Boston Terriers for $600 and have the puppy shipped for $150. All was going well until day before shipping when Petsafe@Hi-Ship (the shipper) contacted me via email requesting $1250 for a temperature controlled crate rental to transport puppy. Stated fee is refundable upon pet delivery less a $25 fee. Of course, they wanted money via Western Union or MoneyGram which immediately raised a red flag. They provided the following account information for fee:

FIST NAME:ENDIEV

LAST NAME: METOSANTOS

STATE: DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA,

ZIPCODE: 20001

AMOUNT: $1250.00

When I saw Western Union/MoneyGram I knew it was a scam. Luckily, I am out no money with Hi-Ship. Not so lucky with Benny's Boston Terrier (https://www.benny-bostonterriers.com), $750 lost. I believe the two are working together. A separate report filed on Benny's Boston Terrier.
